Hashtags in frontmatter

Given the concern of Obsidian users that they have portable files i.e. able to be used in other programs, it’s definitely something that others will be interested in.

markdown files you can use in any programs and tags being equipped with a hash is a good idea

so with the existing tags converted
are you creating your new files - through templates - with the hashtags, right

i don’t remember (and i have no way to check now, busy, etc.) whether this is still useful or not…?

I am creating files through templates but with no tags in frontmatter. All my tags will be in the body of my notes from now on.
