Handling of notes (filenames) with leading and trailing whitespaces (created externally)

Most OSes actively discourage/prevent users from creating filenames with leading and or trailing spaces. Nevertheless, it is possible to create these files with a lower level access.

Obsidian currently doesn’t handle files with leading\trailing whitespaces and trims such spaces in wikilinks.

  1. Apple OS’s easily allow leading and trailing spaces in filenames.
  2. Obsidian (on iPad, in any case) doesn’t trim trailing spaces from wikilinks. The link just creates a new file without spaces.
