Groups cannot be reordered in the graph view

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to reorder groups by dragging colored dot next to group in graph view, as prompted when hovering over it.

Expected result

Group should move with cursor while dragging, dropping in the position where the cursor is released, allowing the reordering of groups.

Actual result

No response from program if cursor is dragged past the dot. If the cursor is released on the dot, it opens the color selection menu.
