it happened many times that when i open my graph window, only the file nodes gets appeared without any connecting lines
I had this issue also once, there were no lines connecting the nodes. This was one of my first few days using the software so I thought I had done something wrong in settings, so I just made a note to figure out how to turn lines back on. It was fixed on the next reload.
I don’t remember if the graph crashed or if it could still be interacted with, but there were no lines even after increasing line width setting. I remember that turning on arrows setting did display the arrows. No lines until restart

- follow the bug report template
- disable hardware acceleration.
