Quickly access the underlying Source code of an individuall Property. You have to naviagte to top right (Open the file beforehand) click “Source-Code” and then the whole file is in this mode just because i wanted to change one property on Source Code level
Proposed solution
Add a similar Functionality to Google Sheets tab at the top (that shows the current cell without any formatting) where by clicking on the sides of a property you enter a kinda Source Code Mode BUT WITHIN the field itself, (The top window tab, see pic below) Be it in the File or base embedds
There’s a command, Toggle Live Preview/Source Mode, that you can assign a hotkey. It toggles the entire file, but works for a quick source edit without your fingers leaving the keyboard to click anything.
You can also set Settings > Editor > Properties in document to Source.
I mean the FR in the sense that just like you are able to be in edit mode and work on a link typing [[Link]], while all other is rendered, i would love to have similar mechnanic to somehow enter Source Code/Edit mode only in the property i am editing without having to turn on/off the sourcecode as a whole. (I mean i would just as well suck editing a file and having to constantly switch between Read and edit Mode, thats what makes your Mechanic so good to only show the current line thats being edited in Source Code)
To add to this, even though you can add this hotkey, as i have eloborated previously, there is no easy/efficient GUI Toggle…
