'Go to first tab' command

Use case or problem

Easier way to navigate/go to the first tab. More needed on mobile.

Current workaround (optional)

Using go to next tab command (only if you’re in the last tab), the tab switcher/overview (disruptive when there’s lots of tabs).

I think Plugin: Vertical Tabs for Obsidian has command to go to #1 tab (it’s overkill for this feature).

On Mac, Cmd-1 selects the first tab. Not sure what that would be if you’re using Windows or Linux.

Search for ‘tab’ instead of ‘go tab’ and you’ll get more commands.

The settings are present on mobile, but not the commands. Strictly a mobile issue.

Got to tab #X should appear on the mobile’s command palette, that’s probably a bug.

I searched for “tab” and didn’t see the numbered commands (tho now that you mention them, I have seen them before).

I think it’s indeed a bug. Now I get why this wasn’t an issue before, instead of using a ‘Go to first tab’ command, I may have been using the missing Go to tab #1.

Edit: I’m on Android.

Interesting. Are you on macOS or another OS? Maybe it’s an issue with certain operating systems.

I also see them when I search commands on iOS.

EDIT: BTW, I’m running early access so maybe it’s something recent.

Public version of Obsidian on iOS, but I think the public is the most recent right now.
