Generate bibliography with Obsidian Zotero Integration plugin

I am trying to insert citations from Zotero in markdown notes. I have linked the Obsidian Zotero Integration plugin to the library exported with betterBibtex.

I manage to insert formatted citations in the text but I don’t see any bibliography list when I export to PDF, either via Obsidian or Pandoc…

I have found several tutorials in the forum and in other places but nearly all of them are focused on importing notes. I could not find what I am missing to simply generate documents with in text citations and a reference list in the end.
