Full calendar Plugin caldev synchronisation

I would like to manage my appointments in Obsidan using caldav so that I can synchronize them with my cell phone.

I have decided on the “Full Calendar” plugin which would fit very well. However, the caldav calendar I have entered is not displayed when I want to enter a new appointment. This means I can’t enter any appointments… Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Thanks for any tips!

I don’t use the plugin, but do you mean you successfully added the calendar, but it only doesn’t show up in the list when you try to add a new appointment? Do existing events show up? Do new events added externally show up?

Maybe someone who knows will answer. In the meantime, you could try to take a look through the Github issues and see if there are any similar reports: Issues · obsidian-community/obsidian-full-calendar · GitHub

Thanks Rigmarole for your fast respond!

Texisting or newly entered appointments are visible. If I want to enter a new appointment, I cannot select a calendar in which the appointment is entered. If I only create a local calendar, it works.

Heres a screenshot how it looks like. Normally i can choose in which calendar the appointment is entered.

I will check out the Github page. Thanks for your tip!

i found a Github post with the same Problem… Sorry for my post.

“…the only Calendar types that support editable events (and presumably creating new events) are the Daily Note and Full Note/Local Calendar options. …”
