Use case or problem

Need the ability to access the files via FTP for Obsidian Publish.

Allow access to published files on Obsidian servers via FTP

General ability to have file access, etc to the hosted files. As a hosting company effectively this is a standard feature of all hosting companies and allows us to enhance your published website with other files that we may want published on our domain.

Your hosting charges are very similar to other hosting companies that allow far greater facilities and access. At the very least access to the hosting root folder would be a great enhancement, and hopefully reduce the amount of support issues you have to deal with.

I think you are misunderstanding how Obsidian Publish works.

Publish uploads your markdown files to our servers. Those files plus some software in the cloud is used to generate the publish website you see on demand. The notes are NOT stored in a “directory on a server”. They are stored in database on a server and cached using a CDN. So there’s no FTPing to it.
