Frameless window mode

Allow the Obsidian to run in frameless mode, which removes the titlebar window chrome. See Electron documentation:

Frameless Window | Electron

This would allow more control over theming the titlebar area, similar to other Electron-based apps such as Discord, Slack, Spotify, etc.

it means that can not run in frameless mode by custom css and plugin ?
Only the way of waiting licat remove the titlebar ?
