I’m excited to introduce Forms, a plugin I’ve been working on for the past few months! 
What is it?
Forms is designed to be a lightweight alternative to Google Forms + Sheets, Typeform, or Noteforms—but fully integrated into Obsidian! Now, you can create and collect form responses directly in your vault, keeping everything local and organized.
How It Works
Choose a Vault Folder – Select where you want form responses to be stored.
Design Your Form – Use the web interface to add and customize fields.
Publish & Collect Responses – Share the form and see responses automatically appear in your vault.
