I want to have the name of the day at the top of a note I always have open. I have Obsidian set to reload every morning before I get up. When I use `=date(today)`, it gives me the full month, day and year. I have looked high and low for some sort of basic documentation on how to format this but can’t find anything. I’m not using Daily Notes and I don’t want to use a template or Dataview.
The easiest version would be to use dateformat() from dataview and format the date to whatever you want.
Then I guess I won’t be taking the easy route.
