Fold less and Fold more hotkeys

I’ve set custom shortcuts for folding less and more but they don’t seem to work unless I am misunderstanding what these are supposed to be for.

I have the cursor position on a header and when I press ⌘ ⇧ ↑ , it doesn’t get collapsed.

Any idea?

Got it. It only works if the cursor is inside the header’s content.

It would be nice if this also works when the cursor is on the header line.

Also, I’ve realized that the hotkeys I set are not practical since they are used for selecting multiple paras of text up or down. I need to come with up some other combo.
