Fold all headings and lists should work in the file explorer

Use case or problem

Sometimes directories in the file explorer get large. Folding means finding the top of the directory and clicking on it.

Proposed solution

Treat file explorer like a folded list, and use the user assigned shortcuts to open, toggle and close folders

Current workaround (optional)

Scroll up and close by hand.
