Flash back occurs when delet HTML files in Obsidian

Steps to reproduce

1、delete HTML files；
2、Obsidian Stuck；
3、Flash back occur。
HTML is build by plugin of SingleFile 1.21.42 in edge
Obsidian Version is 1.3.5
plugin in Obsidian is HTML Reader 1.0.10
