When I first started using Canvas I thought of it like a blank wall. I could paste up notes, connect ideas, and frame out ideas. But it gets hard to manage – that’s why your pan feature request caught my attention.
I have a Bases that shows thumbnails of all my images. I can easily see if I have duplicates. I can browse inventory like Lightroom. Bases to do a card view doesn’t support drag and drop reordering.
I looked up Story Architect, it has a storyboard similar to Scrivener. Interesting enough it lets you layout cards on a timeline. I currently write books in Scrivener, but Story Architect would let me do that on Linux.
I’ll look at Advanced Canvas next. A storyboard in Canvas would be ideal.
