Fixed bug was not fixed

A bug report has been closed as “will be fixed in 1.5.9” but the latest version is 1.8.9 and the bug does still reproduce on mobile.

Can we re-open the issue? Did I get the versioning scheme wrong?

NB. I cannot paste the link because the topic creation form does not allow to do it…
