Filtering, or grouping, graph view by path shows only one file in folder with 100+ files

When filtering in the graph view by the path for a particular folder, the resulting graph view will only show one file — even though this folder has 100+ files in it. The same thing happens when attempting to highlight notes in the graph view by colour with groups. Only one note (the same file) will be coloured.

Assuming I may have introduced some bug or error with some conflicting settings I tried to correct this by removing the dot-hidden obsidian files to “start over” but the issue persists.

Has anyone run into anything similar?

Hard to say without knowing more detail. This probably should be a bug report, though. The template there would help draw out the details needed to reproduce it.
