I can recreate this using Switfom’s files. I put them in subdirectories.
Edit: I just tested in 1.6.4 and the bug doesn’t happen anymore.
This gif is what happens to “Test topic note 1” as I move “Test topic” in and out of the subfolder.
But it seems to be fixed in 1.6.4.
