File Explorer becomes badly aligned when renaming long file name

Steps to reproduce

• Have a long file name that extends past the file explorer pane
• Click rename, and press right arrow key (to take you to the end of the name)

Expected result

Allow me to press enter to rename the file and then scroll the file explorer back.

Actual result

File explorer can’t be scrolled back. You have to click on another pane then click back to reset the view. Hovering over other file names also doesn’t have the hover background wrap correctly to the name
