Setting to ban user from naming files and folders with reserved characters

Use case or problem Obsidian allows you to rename your files and folders with reserved link syntax. I thought this was a bug at first, but actually this is part of the design: The issue is that if a top level folder or highly linked note is changed to have a link syntax character like #, [, ], ^ then all links would update.
