[Feature] Use native list reordering controls for mobile toolbar on iOS/iPadOS

Platform

[x] iOS

Obsidian Mobile version: v0.0.15

Currently, rearranging keys in the mobile toolbar involves tapping up/down arrows until the item you want to move has reached the desired position.

I found this confusing since this is not how reordering items in a list natively works on iOS. Usually, when you edit a list on iPhone, the system shows “grabbers” on the right side of each item, which you can then drag and drop to a new position in the list.

Adopting a similar behavior in the Obsidian mobile toolbar would be consistent with the platform and easier to operate since you wouldn’t have to tap arrows multiple times to rearrange an item.

This will be greatly improved to use a handle to naturally drag and rearrange items in (not yet released as I write) v0.0.18.
