Can we have floating menu like evernote, where we can add multiple command to access quickly

Maybe this can be implemented as “Mobile Quick Capture” task of the roadmap. If Instant Note-Taking: Needs a Lightweight Sticky Note App for Obsidian - Feature requests - Obsidian Forum is implemented, one of the commands on the floating button can be to open a quick popup (in existing or new note) for quick notetaking from anywhere in Android.
Onenote also implements something similar and it works well.
