My plugin idea is a simple plugin that will exclude specified tags from the vault tag list. I often work inside of my vault and create presentations using markdown and deckset. Hexcodes used in those documents appear on the tag list, even though they are not actual tags.
I also think that the ability to toggle or turn off certain tags in the list can help with contextual computing and also aid in general productivity.
