Error message when trying to "Rename this Block ID" (by context menue) into an already existing Block ID

Use case or problem

Block IDs should be unique IDs. So it shouldn’t be possible to rename a Block ID into an already existing one

Proposed solution

In this case, it would be nice, to have an error message, that alerts you, that you are about to rename it into an existing one
