Steps to reproduce
macOS 26.1
Obsidian 1.10.3
Both with and without community Plugins (all updated to latest version - no effect)
Press Control + Command + Space to open Emoji toolbar
You can enter something in the search box but don’t have to
On previous macOS versions you could use the arrow keys up, down, left, right to navigate through the search results.
On macOS 26.1 I can no longer leave the search field with the arrow keys, I’m “stuck” with the cursor inside the search field.
Tab and Shift + Tab however works to go through the different emoji tabs.

It does work in Sandbox Vault.
It does NOT work in Restricted mode
It does NOT work in non-restricted mode WITHOUT community plugins
It does NOT work in non-restricted mode WITH community plugins
Expected result
Be able to use arrow keys on keyboard to select an Emoji
Actual result
Arrow keys don’t work
