Embedded Youtube video cannot be Full Screen on iPad?

Things I have tried

  • I can enter full screen from an embedded Youtube video from any devices, except iPad.

Question

  • Does anybody know how to enable full screen mode on iPad ?

I believe this is a limitation imposed by YouTube. I get around this by getting the link to the YouTube video and then opening it in the YouTube app on iPad.
