Steps to reproduce
If I embed an internal file which itself has an embedded file, the second one is not shown in at the top level.
Expected result
I would expect to see the embedded file inside the embedded file
Actual result
Instead, I see the name of the file with to option to open it in the default app which is also deactivated in the settings.

- Operating system: MacOS 10.15.5
- Obsidian version: v0.7.3
