Embed a table cell through Block Id

I just learned about ^blockid to reference paragraphs through different notes.

I’d like to embed the content of a table-cell to another note, but I seemingly can’t, as the ^blockid is created for the whole table.

Is there a way to create a blockid “around” a specific snippet of text? Or, is there a way to target the table-cell content?

block ID’s are for paragraphs basically
no idea how else you could do it, maybe make a dataview query ditching your manual tables
