@bblackmoor You’re starting to sound like you think those of us who use folders are old farts who can’t understand that the better way is before them.
To which I respond: (1) I’m not old. I’m in late middle age and (2) I, and many other people like me, use folders because they work, and we have not seen a better way to do it.
If I understand your proposal, it would be to automatically create a parent folder for every individual note, which seems extremely overcomplicated.
Related: I haven’t messed with home automation because I still haven’t seen a superior solution to turning lights on and off from a wallswitch or lamp.
