Steps to reproduce

Editor toggle options apply the formatting but don’t remove it (they fail to trigger the reversing action). Examples include:

  • Toggle bold
  • Toggle italic
  • Toggle strikethrough
  • Toggle highlight
  • Toggle inline math
  • Toggle code
  • Toggle comment (this one adds the %% syntax on every execution instead of removing it)
