# Editor status bar covers / makes editing the last line hard

If you are on Minimal Theme, as a workaround try disabling the “Minimal status bar” toggle using the Minimal Theme Settings plugin. I originally did this because of the floating status bar obscuring the editor scrollbar. However it should also fix the last line editing problem, at the expense of losing about 1 line of vertical screen space.
