Dragging notes in the file explorer to move in folders, there is no way to scroll

Suppose a vault contains a decent number of notes. I now want to move a note at the bottom of the list into a specific folder. I can normally do this by dragging it in the file explorer.

However, when the folder I want to drag the note to is not directly visible, I would expect a standard behaviour such as the list scrolling when the dragged note is at the upper or lower margin. Or at least I would expect the mouse scrolling wheel to work while dragging (which wouldn’t play nice with touchpads, but still).

However, this doesn’t seem to happen. I’m aware I can right-click on the note and choose where to move it, but still, I would expect to be able to scroll the file explorer while dragging as well.

I’m using Windows 11, and this also happens in the help vault.

Use case or problem Drag file/folder to another location far from the current one in a long list of files is difficult. Currently, obsidian only allow scrolling list by putting dragged file to the top/bottom of explorer, which is annoying when the list is long. Also, the scroll speed is difficult to control.
