Steps to reproduce
- create a long note by copy paste the following code 15 times

- turn on live preview mode
- try to move scroll back to the top of the note or scroll down the to end of the note, by
3.1 scroll the mouse wheel
3.2 drag the scroll bar
3.3 use arrow keys
Expected result
page scrolled and live preview works normally.
Actual result
when using 3.1 and 3.3, the markdown is rendered correctly.
However, when using 3.2, the live preview is stopped. And putting the cursor to the text will resume the live preview immediately.
