Its nice to be able to Ctrl+Shift click to open a link in a new pane. But is it possible to drag a link to a new pane, being able to position that pane exactly how you’d like it? Currently you have to create the pane, then drag it to where you’d like it.

Yes. I came here specifically to request this feature. Searched to see if there was already a request and here it is. Strongly concur!! Please give us this.
