Drag&drop web image so that it's copied in custom attachment folder?

Hello,

Is there a way to drag&drop an image from web so that it is copied in a custom attachment folder (and possibly with the current note’s name) ?

There is a plugin called “Page Image Rename” that does this.
I’ve never used it myself so I can not guarantee for anything.
