Is the bug that it selects the left quote, but not the right? Or did the right quote get cropped off in your gif?
If it is selecting only one quote, I can’t reproduce this. Please fill out the entire bug form and confirm this is in the sandbox help vault or with no plugins or CSS snippets. And please mention which OS. There are more than 2.
Is this even a bug report or a feature request?
I am more frustrated by vague bug reports.
