Does the Kanban and other plugins work with sync?

What I’m trying to do

Hello!

I just want to know if I third party plugins like Kanban work with the paid Sync plan across platforms.

Things I have tried

Plugins and their settings will be synced, but when settings changes are pulled in by Sync you may need to restart Obsidian for them to apply. You can optionally disable syncing of plugins and their settings.
