Does .html sync?

I’m considering Obsidian Sync, but I notice that .html is not on Obsidian’s list of accepted file formats. Will Obsidian Sync be able to sync them?

I hope you’ll get answers from someone who’s using it (with HTML) or from developers. But this is what I see in the plugin settings.
