Does anyone know how to convert base64-encoded images in markdown files to local images files in vault?

I don’t know. But different operating systems have different tools. So don’t forget to mention it.
For example, in MacOS, I think AppleScript can convert this kind of data.
Obsidian can convert base64 images normally. I took a screenshot of the code that it is stuck on. I want to save the images in the vault in the form of files, so that it will not be stuck.
