Steps to reproduce
Enable Live Preview mode. Open a note with many headers, sub-headers, tags, and links. (The page in the screenshot contains 30,000 words with dozens of links and tags.) Try to scroll through the page or input any text.
Result
Links, tags, and text intermittently disappear or are discolored (various shades of blue) at different points on the page – including while typing them out. There seem to be stationary blocks obscuring or changing the color of any sort of text, as text is visible or discolored on different parts of the page. When typing outside of these areas, the text and links reappear.
