Use case or problem
It’s possible to set a hotkey that uses only Shift as a modifier, which will interfere with normal typing.
Proposed solution
Disallow it, and say so when someone tries it.
Current workaround (optional)
Don’t set hotkeys like that.

Mostly agree with the purpose of this, although I assigned some hotkeys to my Shift+ F1 - F12 keys.
I’d like to retain those.
