Autosave frequency in Obsidian is considered a bug by the open source linux onedrive client team:

honestly, your numbers look largely right … and i don’t like that!
Any updates on this topic? Obsidian has been releasing amazing features, and it would be a shame to be unable to use them because of such not-so-small inconveniences such as this one. I’d love to be able to hit Ctrl + S and, if I forget about it, get a small prompt if I want to save my file before closing the software. Especially if I made accidental changes
