Differentiate between Installed and Enabled in community plugin listing

Use case or problem

When browsing the list of community plugins, plugins are marked as either installed or uninstalled. But sometimes I see a plugin and am surprised to see that I have it installed; it usually turns out that it’s installed but I’ve had it disabled (usually an indication that I tried it out and didn’t find it useful). It would be helpful if the installed plugins were further distinguished by whether they are enabled/disabled.

Proposed solution

Instead of showing “installed” on all installed plugins in the view, show “enabled” on the enabled ones and “disabled” on the disabled ones. (Should probably use both text and color to differentiate between them, e.g., orange for disabled and blue for enabled.)
