Did 'link with tab' disappear?

What I’m trying to do

I have my screen split into left and right tabs. Mostly, I have the tabs linked, with one side in edit mode and the other in preview.
However, I can no longer find the ‘link with tab’ option.

I’m trying to see live preview of my editing.

Things I have tried

I searched for ‘link with tab’ in the forums but found only old posts, none of which seem to describe this problem.

You can also cmd/ctrl + click on the book/pen icon to have linked tabs set up and ready to go.
