Delete orphan images

After copy pasting images from the web onto obsidian, but deleting the path to the image, the image still exists. This will cause issues with sync in the future. Is there a good way to delete orphan images like these that are not linked to anything? I’m thinking of a feature similar to the “Check Media” option in Anki.

There are lots of plugins that do that.

Example: GitHub - Vinzent03/find-unlinked-files: Find files, which are nowhere linked, so they are maybe lost in your vault.
