You can add commands to the mobile toolbar in Settings > Toolbar. If the command you want isn’t in the list, use the search box at bottom to add it.
This isn’t a default hotkey, so either you set it or a plugin added it.
There is no “Delete current line” command, but there is “Delete paragraph” which I imagine is what you are using. (The default hotkey for that is Ctrl/Cmd D.)
