When I move the mouse over a link, Page Preview opens. However, when I try to select text in the Page Preview window, the linked note switches to editing mode.
I want to deactivate this feature and keep all notes in Page Preview in view mode, not editing mode.
I search trought the setting in Obsidian and search in Forums but only find people who want to active editing mode in Page Preview, nobody want to deactivate it.
Are you saying you want to use reading mode, and not live preview? What stops you from doing that?

Then why don’t you switch to reading mode? You can’t have reading mode within live preview, but you can choose to use reading mode instead of live preview.
I think OP is talking about the new Hover Editor-like feature introduced in v1.7 that allows you to click a popover to enter live preview within that popover.
I don’t think there is a way to disable this behavior. Personally I think that some of new features need an option to toggle it - like the table editor
