Dataview inline properties breaking with brackets

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to get Dataview to display inline properties correctly when brackets and links are used. I’ve been using inline properties with links for a year with no issues for my daily notes, however recently the way it displays has broken, I’m not sure what’s changed.
It displays the information perfectly fine on tables, it’s just the way inline properties are being displayed on notes that’s broken.

Things I have tried

I’ve tried searching around reddit and this forum for anyone else mentioning dataview inline properties issues but haven’t seen anyone else mention this. I don’t know if I’m alone in this issue.

here’s a picture of how it’s breaking when it’s in reading view. It seems to be getting confused with brackets but it’s never been an issue before. I’m not looking to change how I do things, if I need to undo a dataview update I’m willing to do that, though I don’t know how.

Still having this issue. Does anyone know if rolling back the dataview update would fix this? If so, how would I go about doing that?

I found a fix, sharing here for anyone who has the same problem.
The Dataview 0.5.70 Beta version fixes the problem, but it’s not been officially released yet. However you can install the BRAT plugin by TfTHacker, then in the options add the Dataview GitHub url - https://github.com/blacksmithgu/obsidian-dataview, then select version 0.5.70. You’ll have to restart the app for the change to kick in, but it fixed the problem instantly.
