Daily notes individual to team members

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to use a team shared vault and would like each team member to have separate daily notes.

Things I have tried

I set up my notes to have my name and date. However my other team members have the same daily note name.

I tried this with the vault shared on workspace drive. It appears to copy the plugin settings. Im looking into using sync. Can each user on the synced vault have individual plugin settings for daily notes? If so a default name and folder for each user would work.

Yes, Obsidian Sync settings are per-device. These are the Vault configuration sync toggles in the core Sync plugin:

Another option you could try is using multiple configuration folders. I had one for desktops, one for tablet, and one for phone was I using iCloud Drive to sync.

e.g. .obsidian-BriarBeard/, .obsidian-Tony/, .obsidian-Mika/, and so on. Something to test out.
